Nacer y Crecer offers the following courses:

TOWARDS A HEALTHY PREGNANCY
Preparing the proper environment for conception, gestation and birth for a physically, spiritually and emotionally healthy child.

BREASTFEEDING CLUB
Instructors, mothers and babies gather every week in a relaxed atmosphere to travel together through the new road of maternity.

FIRST AID
This course will provide the tools to enable you in preventing accidents, the confidence to respond with clarity in any emergency situation and care for your baby if he becomes sick.

EDUCATING TOWARDS LOVE
This course will give you alternatives to establish limitations and the inhibition of undesirable conduct in your children, allowing them to seek their own loving potential and needs towards growth within respect, responsibility and discipline.

CONTINUOUS PERINATAL EDUCATION
Addressed to health professionals, Psychologists, Educators, Social Workers interested in these subjects.

COURSES AND WORKSHOPS OF GENERAL INTEREST
Yoga, Belly Dance, Herbalist, Art and Maternity, as well as assessment to those couples who wish to conceive in optimal conditions.
