A more humanized birth should not only be the dream of some, realized by only a few…but needs to be made accessible for all. New information points to the need to stop the practice of medically interfering with our natural physiological processes. This is not dictated by intuition or belief, but on sound scientific evidence. Continuing our current practices will only continue to foster what is being observed in our societies today.
